I know what it feels like to want more for yourself. That itch to be better, look better, FEEL better! I’m here to help you win and as your guide it’s my mission to help transform you into the best version of you. 

A little bit about me: 

I was born in Colombia and have lived in Tampa since I was 8 years old. After getting my first job in college at a gym, I made a commitment to embody an active lifestyle. Since then I’ve delved into many different realms of fitness like strength training; group fitness, functional training, barre, yoga (to name a few). 

I have had tons of coaches and continue learning from the best mentors. Having a guide and the right resources in this busy epidemic of information is crucial.

I am dedicated to creating a supportive and motivating environment that empowers clients to surpass their fitness expectations.
